Les Berges
Set along the shores of lake Memphremagog, this private residence is the result of a thoughtful transformation of a modest lakeside cabin into a refined and contemporary retreat. Instead of starting anew, the design preserved the original structure and introduced a lateral extension that reorients the living areas toward the lake and morning light.
Inside, natural materials—oak, stone, and mineral-based finishes—form a subdued, textured palette, enriched by carefully chosen tones of mint, teal, and deep burgundy. The layout includes two bedrooms, including a principal suite on the upper level with a mezzanine and a large picture window that frames expansive lake views.
A quietly expressive home where craftsmanship, restraint, and connection to place come together to shape a lasting and immersive living experience.
