The Stockholm Design Week in Sweden is an annual event eagerly awaited in the world of design and architecture. And for good reason! It is a fantastic platform for designers, architects, and enthusiasts from around the world to come together and showcase their latest creations and ideas.

From February 4th to 10th, 2019, with more than 400 events organized throughout the city, this new edition focuses on three main themes: sustainability, innovation, and social impact. Enthusiasts and professionals find the necessary platform to present their work in these areas.

Fairs and exhibitions as far as the eye can see

One of the flagship events is undoubtedly the Furniture and Light Fair held at the Stockholm International Fairs exhibition center. The 700 exhibitors from around the world have the opportunity to unveil their most innovative designs in furniture and lighting. It is a unique opportunity for designers and companies to present their latest products, exchange ideas in person, and network.

The "Designbar" exhibition is another fascinating element that caught our attention. It showcases a range of unique and innovative bar designs, emphasizing the importance of sustainability in the world of design and architecture.

We cannot overlook the series of exhibitions organized by various local and international design studios such as "Design in the Era of the Senses" by Note Design Studio. We were literally fascinated by their exploration of how design can be used to stimulate human senses.

The Stockholm Design Week 2019 was an incredible opportunity for designers, architects, and enthusiasts to come together and showcase their latest creations and ideas. And for us, it was a tremendous source of inspiration! The event also highlighted the important role that design and architecture can play in creating a better and more sustainable world for all. We can't wait for next year!
